Click & Collect at Silver Dragon: How to pick up your order from the store!

Do you want your favorite perfumes and gift items immediately, without waiting for a courier and without shipping costs?

At Silver Dragon we give you the opportunity to place your order online and pick it up directly from our store in Efkarpia (Nikis 8)!

How does it work? It's simple, fast and... free!

Step-by-step process:

• Fill your cart: Choose the products you want (with an account or as a guest - just fill in your address details).
• Shipping Option: In the shopping cart, in the "Shipping Method" section, select: "Pickup from store - 0.00€".
• Payment Method: Choose between Card, IRIS or Bank Transfer.

How do you secure your products?

Here we want to be clear in order to serve you as best as possible:

✅ Do you want your order to be ready waiting for you?
If you choose prepayment (by Card, IRIS or Deposit), we reserve the products, prepare your package and all you have to do is come and pick it up! It is the ideal solution to be sure that the perfume or candle you want will not be sold out.

🤝 Do you want to pay in store?
You can choose “IRIS or Bank Deposit” as the payment method and come to pay in cash upon collection.
However, be careful: In this case, the order remains “pending”. This means that the products are not reserved and are not prepared in advance. Until you come to the store, there is a possibility that a product will be purchased by another customer...

💡 Important Note: Orders with “Pickup from store” remain active for 7 days. If payment or collection is not made within this period, the order is automatically canceled and deleted from the system.
